From this page any member of your staff will be able to immediately determine what medical providers and employers are related to your client’s claim, which of those entities have been contacted and when, what records have been received and, for those records that have not yet been received, exactly what retrieval efforts have been made thus far. Hours will be saved each week responding to status calls from clients, since your staff can easily determine and report what has been done toward retrieving the special damages proofs that will be required before a demand letter can be sent.
